Take a vivid step back in time as you host an event amongst the elegance of the 1800s with the latest in 21st century amenities and comforts. With over 9,000 square feet of rental space, Wilder Mansion can entertain up to 250 guests. Wilder Mansion is available seven days per week, with rental packages that include use of the entire Mansion or specific rooms. Four ballrooms are available with space to hold up to eight tables per room with overflow seating in adjoining rooms and lounges. Wilder Mansion opens its event calendar 18 months in advance.
1: Call or email to set up a personal appointment to view the Mansion in-person.
2: Put a date on hold. We are happy to put a date on hold at no charge to you while you discuss plans with family and friends. Holds are good for two weeks.
3: Contact a caterer. Wilder Mansion works with a list of preferred caterers that will assist with all aspects of your event from food and staff to linens and flatware.
4: Secure your date and time. Once you are comfortable with the caterers and budget, Mansion staff will prepare a contract for your desired date.
